The recommended dose is 1-2 teaspoons per day (1 for maintenance or 2 if you are dealing with medical issues or wants to build up your immune system) and is best taken with a meal for better absorption.
Some customers take the oil right off the teaspoon, others choose to put it into water or juice etc. Either is fine.
We also have customers that add their oil to food, such as over rice, and this is an acceptable method as well.
The oil is not for cooking with but it can be added to food that is already cooked. It should be stored in a cupboard out of direct sunlight.
